Your Complete User Agreement

Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout:

• "88bbt" or "the Platform" refers to the online betting and casino services operated under the domain 88bbt.net and all associated sub-domains, products, and features.
• "User", "Player", or "You" refers to any individual who accesses, registers, or otherwise uses the 88bbt platform.
• "Account" means the registered profile created by a User on the 88bbt platform, including the associated PKR wallet and transaction history.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the sole operating currency of the 88bbt platform.
• "Services" means all products and features offered by 88bbt, including but not limited to sports betting (Kabaddi, cricket, Free Fire esports), 88bbt Casino, Jackpot Slots, Cockfighting live betting, and any other gaming or wagering products.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits, free spins value, cashback credits, or any other non-cash incentive granted by 88bbt to a User's account.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be wagered before they become eligible for withdrawal as real PKR.
• "Verification Documents" means identity documents, proof of address, and/or proof of payment method requested by 88bbt during the KYC (Know Your Customer) process.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing 88bbt.net, clicking "I Agree" during registration, or otherwise using any 88bbt service, you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. These terms form a binding contract between you and 88bbt.

These Terms & Conditions must be read in conjunction with the 88bbt Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated by reference into this agreement. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail.

Eligibility

To register and use an 88bbt account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 88bbt enforces a strict minimum age policy and will request Verification Documents from any player where age cannot be confirmed. Any account found to be operated by a person under the age of 18 will be permanently closed and all associated funds will be forfeited.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not expressly prohibited under local law. It is your sole responsibility to verify that your use of 88bbt complies with the laws applicable to you.
• You must be acting as a private individual and not as a professional bettor, syndicate member, or representative of any commercial entity using 88bbt for commercial purposes.
• You must not be self-excluded from 88bbt or any other gambling platform under a voluntary or compulsory exclusion agreement at the time of registration or during any subsequent session.
• You must not be registered on the 88bbt platform under any other account at the time of registration. 88bbt permits strictly one account per player.

Account Registration and Security

Each User may hold only one active 88bbt account at any time. Duplicate accounts — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, or device identifiers — are strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and potential forfeiture of all balances across those accounts.

During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and Pakistan mobile number. 88bbt relies on this information for identity verification, payment processing, and communication. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 88bbt login credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your password to any third party, including 88bbt support staff (88bbt staff will never ask for your password). Any activity conducted on your account while logged in is deemed to have been conducted by you, regardless of whether you authorised that activity.

If you suspect that your 88bbt account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 88bbt immediately at [email protected]. 88bbt will take reasonable steps to secure your account pending investigation but cannot be held liable for losses incurred prior to notification.

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

All 88bbt account transactions are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupee (PKR). 88bbt does not apply any internal currency conversion charges. The following payment methods are currently supported for deposits and withdrawals:

• Easypaisa (mobile wallet)
• JazzCash (mobile wallet)
• Raast (State Bank of Pakistan instant payment system)
• HBL Bank transfer
• UBL Bank transfer
• MCB Bank transfer
• USDT TRC20 (cryptocurrency — subject to PKR conversion at time of transaction)

Deposits: All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in the name of the 88bbt account holder. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed on the 88bbt deposit page within your account dashboard and are subject to change with reasonable notice.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment method in the same name as the 88bbt account holder and previously used for a deposit on the same account. Withdrawals will only be processed after any applicable Wagering Requirements have been satisfied and after successful KYC verification. 88bbt targets withdrawal processing within minutes for standard Easypaisa and JazzCash requests, though processing times are subject to the policies of the receiving payment provider.

Inactive Accounts: An account is considered inactive if no login activity has been recorded for a period of 12 consecutive months. 88bbt reserves the right to deduct a monthly inactivity fee of 500 PKR from the balance of an inactive account following written notification to the account holder's registered email address.

Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

88bbt offers a range of promotional bonuses to registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback credits, and free spins. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• All Bonus Funds carry a Wagering Requirement that must be met in full before the bonus value or any winnings derived from Bonus Funds can be withdrawn as real PKR.
• Wagering Requirements are calculated on the total bonus amount unless explicitly stated otherwise in the individual promotion terms.
• Not all games contribute equally to Wagering Requirements. Typical contribution rates: slots 100%, live casino games 10%–25%, table games 10%, Jackpot Slots 0% (excluded from wagering). Specific rates are displayed in individual promotion terms.
• Bonus Funds are credited separately from real-money funds. Real-money funds are used first; Bonus Funds are used only once real-money balance reaches zero.
• 88bbt reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, alter bonus amounts, or modify Wagering Requirements at any time with reasonable notice.
• Each promotional offer is available to eligible accounts once only, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Duplicate accounts used to claim multiple bonuses will result in permanent closure of all associated accounts.
• Bonuses are personal to the account holder and may not be transferred or shared.

Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the 88bbt platform are subject to the following general rules. Product-specific rules — for Kabaddi betting, Free Fire esports, Cockfighting, 88bbt Casino games, and Jackpot Slots — are published separately within each product section and are incorporated by reference into these terms.

• All bets are final once confirmed. 88bbt does not accept cancellation requests for bets already placed except where a market has been voided in accordance with these terms or applicable product rules.
• In the event of technical malfunction — including but not limited to software errors, disconnection during a live game, or incorrect odds display — 88bbt reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the relevant accounts.
• Where odds or game parameters are published in error, 88bbt reserves the right to correct such errors and void bets placed at incorrect prices. 88bbt will make reasonable efforts to notify affected players promptly.
• 88bbt sets maximum bet and maximum payout limits per market, per game, and per player. These limits are displayed within the relevant betting interface and may be changed with reasonable notice.
• For live sports betting — including HBL Pakistan Super League cricket markets and Kabaddi live betting — bet acceptance is at 88bbt's discretion during periods of high-volume market movement. Bets placed during a brief delay period may be accepted at the prevailing odds at time of acceptance.
• For 88bbt Casino and Jackpot Slots, all games use independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 88bbt platform. Any User found to have engaged in any of the following may have their account permanently closed, all balances forfeited, and relevant information referred to appropriate authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent stage of account verification.
• Opening or operating more than one 88bbt account simultaneously.
• Using 88bbt for any purpose related to money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, scrape, or otherwise circumvent any 88bbt security system or platform mechanism.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform in a manner that constitutes unfair advantage.
• Engaging in chip dumping, collusion, or any coordinated activity intended to manipulate the outcome of any game at 88bbt Casino.
• Making deposits using stolen payment credentials or payment accounts belonging to third parties.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing 88bbt staff or other players on any 88bbt platform, including live chat channels.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 88bbt platform — including but not limited to the 88bbt brand name and logo, website design, text, graphics, game assets, promotional materials, and software — is the intellectual property of 88bbt or its licensed third-party suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 88bbt platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, or create derivative works from any 88bbt content without express prior written consent from 88bbt.

Privacy and Data Protection

88bbt collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at 88bbt.net/privacy-policy. By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you also accept the 88bbt Privacy Policy in full.

88bbt uses personal data — including your name, date of birth, Pakistan mobile number, email address, and payment method details — for the purposes of account management, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and the delivery of platform communications. 88bbt does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

Responsible Gaming

88bbt is committed to providing a safe, responsible, and sustainable gaming environment for all Pakistan players. The following tools are available to every registered 88bbt account holder at no charge and without any waiting period:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts in PKR. Limit increases require a 24-hour cooling period before taking effect; limit reductions take effect immediately.
• Loss Limits: Cap net PKR losses over any rolling period. The same cooling-off rules apply as for deposit limits.
• Session Timers: Set automated alerts and optional forced logouts after a chosen session duration.
• Cool-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your 88bbt account for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. The account cannot be reactivated until the chosen period expires, regardless of circumstance.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from 88bbt for a minimum period of six months. Self-exclusion is irreversible for the chosen duration. All promotional communications cease immediately upon self-exclusion activation.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 88bbt's total liability to any User in connection with these Terms & Conditions, the 88bbt platform, or any related services shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that User into their 88bbt account in the 90-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

88bbt shall not be liable — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from a User's access to or use of the 88bbt platform. This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, system failure, or any other commercial loss.

88bbt does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the platform and shall not be liable for any losses arising from scheduled or emergency maintenance, technical failures, third-party service outages, or force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, civil unrest, and internet infrastructure failures within Pakistan.

Gambling involves inherent financial risk. 88bbt is not responsible for gambling losses incurred by Users in the normal course of platform use. By using 88bbt, Users acknowledge and accept that they may lose some or all funds placed on bets or in casino games.

Amendments to These Terms

88bbt reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, 88bbt will provide at least 7 calendar days' advance notice by email to registered account holders and by a prominent notice on the 88bbt.net homepage.

For minor or non-material changes — including typographical corrections, clarifications of existing terms, or updates reflecting changes in applicable law — 88bbt may update these terms without advance notice. The "Last Reviewed" date at the top of this page will be updated accordingly.

Continued use of the 88bbt platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must close your account before the effective date by contacting 88bbt at [email protected].

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the first instance, any dispute arising between a User and 88bbt should be raised with the 88bbt support team at [email protected]. 88bbt will endeavour to resolve all disputes within 14 calendar days of receiving a formal written complaint.

For disputes relating to specific bet outcomes or game results, 88bbt's decision — following an internal review of relevant server logs, game data, and transaction records — shall be final and binding where made in good faith and in accordance with these Terms & Conditions and the applicable product rules.

For disputes that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation, Users and 88bbt agree to seek resolution through formal mediation before initiating any legal proceedings. The costs of mediation shall be shared equally between the parties unless an alternative arrangement is agreed in writing.
